Online Coaching · Freddie Myers

Trained.
Not Drained.

You want a strong, athletic body. You want to play better golf. You want to be a proper dad. And you want to still have a life while you do it. That's exactly what this is.

Sound familiar?

You know what you want.
You just can't make it stick.

You used to be the fit one. Then life happened — the job, the kids, the endless logistics — and that bloke quietly disappeared. You're not after a six-pack and you're not signing up to a 5am cult. You just want to feel like yourself again.

You've started and stopped so many times you've lost count. The effort's never been the problem. The system has.

You're either all in or completely off it. One bad week and the whole thing falls apart.

You've told yourself it's just what being a dad looks like now. It isn't. You just haven't had the right rules yet.

You want to look strong and feel strong — not just "not fat." And you want to do it without giving up your golf, your beer, or your life.

Golf gets easier when
your body works.

More rotation. More power. A back nine that doesn't fall apart. No swing tips required.

What this actually is

Not a transformation programme.
A better way to live.

Most coaching gives you a plan. This gives you a set of rules you can actually live by — built around your specific life, your schedule, and where you're starting from. The goal isn't a 12-week result. It's a body you're proud of that you can actually maintain because the way you got there doesn't feel like punishment.

Some dads need to knuckle down first — dial things in properly before they earn the flexibility to dial up and down. Others are already close and just need the system tightened up. Either way, we start where you actually are, not where you wish you were.

Strong and athletic

Not just lighter. Actually strong. The kind of body that plays 18 holes and still has something left in the tank at the end.

Still a proper dad

In the game with your kids, not filming it from the bench with a coffee. That's the real reason to sort this out.

A life that still works

The beer stays. The takeaway stays. The golf stays. You just learn to live a little differently most of the time.

How it works

Simple.
Built around you.

One-to-one coaching. Not a generic programme with your name on it. We work out where you are, what your life actually looks like, and build from there.

Step 01

Message me START

We have an honest conversation about where you're at. I'll tell you whether I can help. No pitch, no pressure, no hard sell.

Step 02

I build your programme

3 to 4 sessions a week, 45 minutes each. Built around your actual schedule — not some fantasy one where you've got three free hours every afternoon.

Step 03

You learn the rules and dial it up and down

The Dimmer Switch. The Rule of Two. Rules you can live by, not a plan you white-knuckle for 6 weeks. Mad week? Dial it down. Big golf trip? We plan around it.

This is what 45 minutes, four times a week looks like over time. No magic. Just the basics, done properly, on repeat.

The system

Rules that survive
a real week.

The reason most dads fall off isn't effort. It's that they've got no system that works when life gets messy. These are the frameworks I use myself — and the ones I build every client around.

The Dimmer Switch

Never on or off. Always somewhere on the dial.

Busy week? Turn it down to two sessions, not off. You can't fall off a dimmer switch. That's why this lasts years instead of three weeks.

The Rule of Two

One slip is fine. It's the slide that does the damage.

Never two bad food days in a row. Never two skipped sessions in a row. One rule. That's genuinely all you need to stop the yo-yo.

Eating Like an Adult

No tracking apps. No sad tubs of chicken and rice.

Protein at every meal. Stop lying to yourself about the snacks. Keep the beer — just not every night. Simple habits that actually stick.

The proof

I live this.
In public.

I'm not coaching from a finished version of myself. I'm a dad with a baby, a job, a golf addiction, and a fridge with beers in it. I train 4 times a week at lunch, 45 minutes a session. I still have a pint at the weekend. I'm not special — I've just got a system that doesn't fall apart the second life gets busy.

Client testimonial
The best thing I've done for years. I came with back issues, no energy, and no idea where to start. Freddie built it around my life — not some perfect version of it. I'm stronger, I move better, and the golf has genuinely improved. Didn't expect that last bit.

Client · Online Coaching Programme

Dan came to me at 87kg with back issues and a diet of meal deals and pasties. We didn't overhaul his life — we worked around it. 87kg to 80kg, more energy at work, golf clobber hanging off him. And a golf game that was already miles ahead — sharper than ever.

Dan · Client Case Study

Their commitment to delivering high-quality strength and conditioning sessions is clear in every session they run. The impact of this club has been outstanding.

Questions

The stuff you're
probably thinking.

No. That's probably the most common starting point. Where you begin just tells me how we approach the first phase — some dads need to knuckle down properly before they earn the flexibility to dial up and down. That's fine. It's just a starting point, not a barrier.
That's the brief. Three sessions of 45 minutes is the standard week. Four is a good week. Two is a dialled-down week, not a failure. The whole thing is built around a job, a family, and a golf habit — not a fantasy schedule.
No. I have a beer at the weekend — sometimes a few. The difference is the other six days are sorted, so the pint fits. You don't need to give up your life to get strong. You just need to stop pretending six is "a couple" and sort the other 90% of the week.
Not through swing tips — I'm not a golf coach. But a stronger, more mobile body rotates better, generates more power, and holds up over 18 holes without your back having an opinion. Most clients notice the difference on the course within a couple of months. Golf is the scoreboard that proves the training's working.
That's exactly what the Dimmer Switch is for. A bad week doesn't mean you're off it — it means you're turned down for a bit. The Rule of Two catches you before one bad week becomes two. That's the whole game. You're not failing, you're just adjusting the dial.
If you put the work in and don't feel like it's working after the first month, I'll refund you in full. After that it's 30-day rolling — no long-term contract, cancel any time. You stay because it works, not because you're locked in.
Freddie at the driving range

The training shows up
on the course.

More yards. Less back pain. Still there on 18. That's the whole point.

Stop waiting for
the perfect week.

It's not coming. You've got a kid and a job. This is it now. The good news is you don't need a perfect week — you need a system that works in a messy one.
